Under construction: NCL MonoBoxer36 Lowdeck

The very first 100% self-developed sideloader that is currently under construction on behalf of a customer. All the bottlenecks we have encountered in the past 25 years have now been improved for this one.

In addition, this sideloader is packed with novelties such as: Proportional Electric / Hydraulic drive, Center tube sliding chassis, a top arm that rotates under slight angle to the lower arm. This places the weighing console in transport position with large free container space. Important during external handlings.

The support legs now extend horizontally with automatically rotating outriggers. The front crane with a double slider that can be put down to the other side between a truck to be transferred and its container.

The cranes both shift via a wide track with the helf of Hydromotors that can now also handle 10 ft to 45 ft. Or 20Ft to front or to rear.

The trailer axles, equipped with Tridec ES-F control on axle 2 & 3, are wide track. This provides great stability on the road, but also space between the axles for wheel boxes and the oil tank.

Currently still in full construction. With some delay because in the beginning the construction started at the same time while it was still necessary to continue drawing. However, it has now taken shape!
