Rebuilding 2 units Steelbro 2006 @ Niconlift 2014

Replace complete rebuild instead of new sideloaders. This is what Beltruck has done because at that time there was no manufacturer that could deliver the desired quality standard.

One by one we dismantled the 2006 Steelbro’s type SB361 / 20Ft in 2014. In fact, only the oil-diesel tank, the steel of the cranes & the hydraulic cylinders have been reused. Everything else has been renewed.

Starting with a tailor-made chassis with electro / hydraulic control of axle 1 and axle 3 (X-steering).
Furthermore, a completely new power packs and hydraulic installation. Our own CSSW (Container Sideloader Safety & Weighing) system. In combination with a double Hetronic radio control (two senders, one spare / our standard).

After rebuilding, we first extensively tested the machines under load. After that Aboma carried out a CE inspection after which both sideloaders were reborn as Niconlift 20-TC with Beltruck BV as manufacturer.

Both machines have now been running for more than 4 years without any significant problems. With proper maintenance, they can in any case be used intensively for many years under harsh chemical conditions.
